(I planned to post this on Monday, but decided the giveaway was a better idea!)
I did eat pizza, and I did watch Quantum Leap, and it was wonderful. I also discovered that Anodyne Design was mentioned on Cuteable last week! What did you do?
Oh yum, that pizza makes me hungry…and I just ate!
Ooooh – that looks delicious. Have a recipe for that pizza?
The recipe for the sauce (which is the best part!) is here: http://www.anodynedesign.com/blog/2007/09/14/tomato-sauce-for-pizza
The crust was made from the quicky, rises-in-10-minutes recipe in my Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. I can find it for you if you like. We topped the pizza with slices of fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh basil, and fresh (not the hard or shredded kind) mozzarella. Just put slices of the mozz on top, no need to cover the entire thing, because they will melt together as the pizza bakes. Bake for about 12 minutes and then broil just until the cheese gets a little brown (at least, that’s how I like it!)
wow…looks so good! thanks for the recipe. guess what i’m having for dinner tonight?
I hope it turns out great for you, Jenny! 🙂
Delirious pizza. And very interesting blog.
