Oh yum, that pizza makes me hungry…and I just ate!

The crust was made from the quicky, rises-in-10-minutes recipe in my Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. I can find it for you if you like. We topped the pizza with slices of fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh basil, and fresh (not the hard or shredded kind) mozzarella. Just put slices of the mozz on top, no need to cover the entire thing, because they will melt together as the pizza bakes. Bake for about 12 minutes and then broil just until the cheese gets a little brown (at least, that’s how I like it!)
